Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Notice

  • Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled lesson.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being forfeited.

2. Makeup Lessons:

  • If a cancellation is made with sufficient notice, a makeup lesson may be scheduled within the same week, subject to availability.

  • If a makeup lesson cannot be scheduled within the week, the lesson will be skipped, and sessions will resume the following week.

3. No Refunds:

  • Payments for lessons are non-refundable. This includes missed lessons or cancellations without notice.

4. Emergency Exceptions:

  • In the event of unforeseen emergencies, please communicate as soon as possible, and accommodations may be made at the instructor’s discretion.

5. Punctuality:

  • Arriving late to a lesson reduces the session time and does not qualify for rescheduling or extensions.

By enrolling in lessons, students agree to adhere to this policy to ensure a consistent and productive learning environment.
