Join us for a powerful weekend of bachata training, connection, and musical expression — led by internationally recognized dancer and choreographer, Yair Guzman.
Originally from Perú and currently based in Orlando, Florida, Yair brings over 15 years of diverse dance training in bachata, salsa, reggaetón, hip-hop, contemporary, and more. As the founder of Fusion Sensual, he’s known for his captivating performance style and innovative movement — blending technical precision with deep musicality.
Yair has appeared in television, stage shows, and competitions around the world, earning 1st place awards in Bachata and Salsa (2018) and Hip-Hop International (2014). His Orlando classes are consistently packed, and he’s a featured artist at major international dance festivals.

Learn how to break down the structure of bachata music so you know exactly what to listen for — and how to dance with intention.
4-5PM Musicality Combo: Express the Song
Bring the music to life through movement. In this workshop, you’ll create a short expressive combo that interprets a specific song — blending technique, styling, and musical storytelling. Perfect to use at the social!
5-6PMMusicality in Partnerwork
Apply the musicality and movement from earlier sessions into clear, connected partnerwork. Focus on timing, clarity, and clean technique while dancing with others.

Explore how to create deep, expressive connection with your partner by listening to the music together. Build on Saturday’s foundations and take your partnered musicality to the next level.
3:45-4:45PM Solo & Partner Expression: Musical Interpretation Lab
A guided exploration in interpreting music both solo and in partnerwork. Discover how to express the same musical moments in different ways — and create short movement phrases to bring it all together.
